2- Turkish Parliament Speaker Koksal Toptan will meet Jean Louis, Chairman of the French Constitutional Council. (6:00 p.m.)

3- Azerbaijan's Defense Minister Col. Gen. Safar Abiyev will visit Turkish Chief of General Staff Gen. Ilker Basbug in Ankara. (10:45 a.m.)
- Turkish Parliament Speaker will meet Abiyev at the Turkish parliament. (2:45 p.m.)
- Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan will meet Abiyev. (4:00 p.m.)

4- A meeting of the Union of Turkish Chambers and Commodity Exchanges (TOBB) and the Aspen Atlantic Group will be held in Ankara with the participation of a number of former U.S. and European foreign ministers.

5- Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan will receive members of the Aspen Atlantic Group. (2:00 p.m.)

6- Turkey's Chief Negotiator for European Union talks Egemen Bagis will meet Alexander Vondra, Czech deputy prime minister for European Affairs. Bagis and Vondra will appear at a joint press conference in Ankara. (12:00 p.m./2:00 p.m.)

7- Turkish State Minister for the Treasury Mehmet Simsek is in Washington D.C. for the spring meetings of IMF and the World Bank. Simsek will participate in Europe, Central Asia and G-20 meetings of the World Bank.

8- Turkish Health Minister Recep Akdag will have a series of meetings in Shanghai, China, on the last day of his visit to the country.
